DINAS, Zamboanga Del Sur (Dec. 14, 2018) - PNP Personnel of Provincial Intelligence Branck, Dinas MPS, and San Miguel MPS conducted police operation on wanted person at about 10:00 AM of December 13, 2018 at Sitio Baka, Barangay Guiniculalay Dinas, Zamboanga Del Sur.
The operation was resulted to the arrest of Junel Sege Molihon, 38 years old, male, widower, fishpond caretaker and a resident of Barangay Mati, San Miguel, Zamboanga Del Sur.
The accused person was arrested by virtue of Warrant of Arrest for the crime of Robbery with Violence and/or Intimidation, under Criminal Case No. 07-041 with bail recommended of Fourty Thousan Pesos (P40, 000.00) issued on January 3, 2008; and for the crime of Murder under Criminal Case No. 13-085 with no bail recommended, issued on September 06, 2013.
All Warrant of Arrest issued by Hon Edilberto F. Absin, Presiding judge of RTC branch 29, San Miguel, Zamboanga Del Sur.
The arrested subject persons are now under the custody of Dinas MPS for proper disposition.
