Report on Found Cadaver

DINAS, Zamboanga Del Sur (Dec. 14, 2018) - PNP Personnel of Provincial Intelligence Branck, Dinas MPS, and San Miguel MPS conducted police operation on wanted person at about 10:00 AM of December 13, 2018 at Sitio Baka, Barangay Guiniculalay Dinas, Zamboanga Del Sur.

The operation was resulted to the arrest of Junel Sege Molihon, 38 years old, male, widower, fishpond caretaker and a resident of Barangay Mati, San Miguel, Zamboanga Del Sur.

The accused person was arrested by virtue of Warrant of Arrest for the crime of Robbery with Violence and/or Intimidation, under Criminal Case No. 07-041 with bail recommended of Fourty Thousan Pesos (P40, 000.00) issued on January 3, 2008; and for the crime of Murder under Criminal Case No. 13-085 with no bail recommended, issued on September 06, 2013.

All Warrant of Arrest issued by Hon Edilberto F. Absin, Presiding judge of RTC branch 29, San Miguel, Zamboanga Del Sur.

The arrested subject persons are now under the custody of Dinas MPS for proper disposition.

4 wanted persons arrested in Police Operation

DINAS, Zamboanga Del Sur (Dec. 13, 2018) - PNP Personnel of Dinas Police Station successfully arrested four wasnted persons during the conducted of police operation on wanted person at about 10:00 AM of December 12, 2018 at Purok Tres, Barangay Nian Dinas, Zamboanga Del Sur.

The operating team identified the arrested four persons as:

1. Mohalidin Uy Nian 58 year’s old, male, married and an incumbent Barangay Captain and a resident of Purok 6 Brgy. Nian Dinas.

2. Zoraida Yunos Cok, 51 years old, female, married, Filipino, farmer, and a resident of Purok 7, Barangay nian, Dinas.

3 Basit Mohammad Diwa, 47 years old, male, married, Filipino, farmer, and a resident of Purok 3, Barangay nian, Dinas

4. Noraida Yunos Cok, 48 years old, female, Filipino, farmer, single, and a resident of Purok 7, Barangay Nian, Dinas.

The four (4) accused persons were arrested by virtue of a Warrant of Arrest for the crime in violation of section 94 of R.A 8550 and section 99 of R.A 10654 docketed under Criminal Case No. 17- 174, 17-144, 17-145 17-188 issued by Hon. Ruben N. Bance, Presiding Judge, Ninth Judicial Region, Branch 29, San Miguel, Zamboanga del Sur, with bail recommended amounting to Twenty four thousand (Php24,000) pesos each.

The arrested subject persons are now under the custody of Dinas MPS for proper disposition.

R.A 10591 Violator Arrested

DINAS, Zamboanga Del Sur (Dec. 13, 2018) - Police operatives of Dinas Police Station and Zamboanga Sibugay Provincial Mobile Force Company conducted police operation on search warrant (Service of Search Warrant) at Purok Bayabas, Barangay Old Mirapao Dinas, Zamboanga Del Sur at about 2:30 AM of December 12, 2018.

The operation was resulted to the arrest of Ramon Regidor, resident of Purok Bayabas, Barangay Old Mirapao Dinas, Zamboanga del Sur.

Confiscated from his possession is One (1) unit Riffle grenade with pull trap m-76 ana-0015. The accused was arrested by virtue of Search Warrant for Violation of R.A 10591, issued on December 07, 2018 by Honorable Judge Ruben N Bance presiding judge of RTC Branch 29 of San Miguel Zamboanga Del Sur.

The arrested person is now under the custody of Dinas MPS for proper disposition.

Notorious Carnapper and Murderer Captured in Dinas, Zambo Sur

Murder suspect as Noel Dayondon LumisaY a.k.a. "Dodong",25 years old single, farmer, presently residing at Purok 3, Brgy Dongos, Dinas, Zamboanga del Sur.

DINAS, Zamboanga Del Sur (Dec. 1, 2018) - A 25-year old man who was wanted for the crime of murder and carnapping was arrested by combined operatives of 902nd Maneuver Company of RMFB-9, Regional Intelligence Division-9, Zamboanga Del Sur Provincial Intelligence Branch and Dinas MPS, Zamboanga Del Sur PPO during law enforcement operation conducted at Purok 3, Brgy Dongos, Dinas, Zamboanga Del Sur at about 9:30 P.M. of November 29, 2018.

PCSUPT Emmanuel Luis D Licup, PRO9 Regional Director identified the suspect as Noel Dayondon LumisaY a.k.a. "Dodong",25 years old single, farmer, presently residing at Purok 3, Brgy Dongos, Dinas, Zamboanga del Sur.

The accused has a Warrant Of Arrest For Murder Under Criminal Case no. 18739 and Carnapping under Criminal Case no. 18738 all issued by the judge of RTC Branch 9, Dipolog City On February 7,2014.

The arrested suspect along with certain Jason Lumigao Digan who is also impleaded the said cases/crimes are believed to have been involved in the string of carnapping incidents in the AOR;

Suspect is now temporarily detained at Dinas Municipal Police Station undergoing Booking Procedure and Tactical Interrogation prior to turn-over to Dipolog City Police Station for proper disposition.
