On May 3, 2018 at about 9:00 AM, Joint PNP
personnel of Regional Special Operations Group Task Force Tugis and PNP
personnel of Dinas MPS together with Phil. Army executed the service of Warrant
of Arrest at Purok Talisay, Barangay Lower DImaya, Dinas, Zamboanga Del Sur.
The operation resulted to the successful arrest
of Top 1 Most Wanted Person identified as Rogelio Ugmad Albios for the crime of
Highway Robbery docketed under cc#15-077, issued by Hon. Felix Rodriguez Jr,
Presiding Judge, RTC 9 Branch 29, San Miguel Zamboanga Del Sur dated October
29, 2015.
Accused is now temporary detained at Dinas MPS
locked-up cell while waiting the court order of the issuing court for proper
disposition.
